Next Sunday is May 10.

When you come next, bring it.

Next, please.

2. week, month, year, term, Monday

She is to be married next month.

Will house prices rise again next year?

I will return on Monday next (=next Monday).

The meeting has been put back until next week.

The job ought to be finished by next Monday.

Next time you come in, please close the door.

I’ll tell him about it (the) next time I see him.

Next time you come, be sure to bring your girlfriend.

When you come next, be sure to bring your girlfriend.

When you come next time, be sure to bring your girl friend.

The hotel is next to the church.

It is the largest city next to London.

Next to your mother, who do you love most?

AHow much did these things cost?

BNext to nothing.

It’s next to impossible to cure his illness.
